RebelPages provides website-related services. Our services may include website design, website setup, hosting, maintenance, basic SEO setup, WhatsApp integration, Google Business Profile setup assistance, and related digital support depending on the package purchased.

Rebel Marketing does not operate the Client's business and does not control the Client's pricing, product quality, service quality, customer experience, location, competition, marketing activity, market demand, or business decisions.

Important: A website is a business tool. Business performance depends on numerous factors beyond the control of Rebel Marketing, including pricing, product quality, customer service, competition, location, marketing efforts, market conditions, and consumer demand.

3. No Business Results Guarantee

Rebel Marketing does not guarantee any specific business result from using RebelPages services.

This includes, but is not limited to, any guarantee of:

Increased sales.
Increased revenue.
More customers.
More bookings.
More enquiries.
More WhatsApp messages.
More website traffic.
Improved brand awareness.
Business growth.
Business profitability.

4. No Lead Generation Guarantee

Rebel Marketing does not guarantee that the Client will receive leads, enquiries, calls, messages, bookings, orders, or customers through the website.

Lead generation depends on multiple factors outside our control, including market demand, offer strength, pricing, location, advertising, social media activity, search visibility, customer trust, and competitor activity.

5. No SEO Ranking Guarantee

Where basic SEO setup is included, Rebel Marketing may assist with technical setup, basic page structure, title tags, meta descriptions, indexing settings, and other basic SEO elements.

Rebel Marketing does not guarantee any search engine ranking, Google ranking position, website traffic level, search visibility, keyword ranking, or search performance.

Search engine results may be affected by algorithm changes, competition, content quality, backlinks, website age, location, user behaviour, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Google Business Profile Disclaimer

Where Google Business Profile setup assistance is included or purchased, Rebel Marketing may assist with setup, submission, or basic optimisation based on information provided by the Client.

Rebel Marketing does not control Google and does not guarantee verification approval, ranking, map visibility, review display, suspension decisions, reinstatement outcomes, or policy decisions made by Google.

7. WhatsApp Integration Disclaimer

Where WhatsApp integration is included, Rebel Marketing may add WhatsApp click-to-chat links, buttons, or related connection features to the website.

Rebel Marketing does not guarantee delivery of WhatsApp messages, customer replies, lead volume, account availability, WhatsApp Business account approval, or uninterrupted WhatsApp service.

8. Third-Party Services

RebelPages websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, WordPress, themes, plugins, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, Google Maps, analytics tools, payment gateways, email providers, and social media platforms.

Rebel Marketing is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, API changes, restrictions, login issues, verification issues, software bugs, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. Website Availability

Rebel Marketing will use reasonable efforts to keep websites functional and accessible where hosting or maintenance is included.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, uptime, loading speed, error-free operation, or continuous access unless expressly agreed in writing.

Website availability may be affected by hosting issues, maintenance, software updates, plugin conflicts, domain issues, DNS propagation, cybersecurity incidents, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Client-Supplied Information

The Client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and suitability of all information, text, images, menus, pricing, business details, claims, offers, logos, trademarks, and materials supplied to Rebel Marketing.

Rebel Marketing is not responsible for errors, omissions, misleading claims, outdated information, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, regulatory breaches, or legal issues arising from Client-supplied content.

11. Content and Legal Compliance

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the website content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry rules, advertising rules, licensing requirements, and consumer protection requirements.

This includes claims relating to food, beverages, health, wellness, finance, professional services, regulated industries, promotions, prices, discounts, and business representations.

12. Professional Advice Disclaimer

Information provided by Rebel Marketing through RebelPages services, website content, consultation, onboarding, support, or communication is for general business and website service purposes only.

It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, regulatory, or professional advice.

The Client should seek independent professional advice where required.

13. Client Decisions and Actions

The Client remains solely responsible for business decisions, marketing decisions, pricing decisions, operational decisions, hiring decisions, customer service decisions, and all actions taken based on the website or any recommendations provided.

Rebel Marketing shall not be responsible for losses arising from the Client's business decisions or actions.

14. Testimonials, Examples, and Case Studies

Any testimonials, examples, case studies, mockups, previews, or sample websites shown by Rebel Marketing are for illustration purposes only.

They do not guarantee that the Client will achieve the same or similar results.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Rebel Marketing shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect loss, consequential loss, or losses arising from website performance, third-party failures, business results, technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

16. Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith discussions before commencing legal proceedings.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Rebel Marketing reserves the right to update this Disclaimer at any time.
